Michael Moore, filmmaker and Flint, Michigan native, says the governor of Michigan should be arrested for manslaughter in connection with the water crisis. Moore says the governor felt that cutting costs was more important than the health of the people and that he has to go to jail.
The crisis surfaced last year when high lead levels were discovered in children. The dangerous metal leached into the water from old pipes after Flint switched from the Detroit Water System to the Rlint River. The city returned to Detroit system back in October.
