Natasha claims you will drop weight FAST if you eat these ‘bins’.  Eat a ‘bin’ every 2-3 hours and A LOT of H20 (try to drink a gallon a day if you can). This will speed up your metabolism and provide the nutrition your body needs to shed the pounds and maintain your muscles.
Here are the ingredients.
2 oz protein (like tuna, tilapia, or chicken breast)
4 oz veggies (like celery w tuna or asparagus w fish or chicken)
1 tbs relish for the tuna or salsa for the chicken or fish or squeeze a lemon/pepper
optional: 1-2 oz rice or yams (warning: do not eat these meals without carbs for longer than a week)
Prepare 2-3 days worth of food so you stick to them. Get a food scale and weigh out the food before you put them in the bins. Write down the times you will eat it.
