Cuba’s condom shortage raises fears of imminent health crisis!
Pharmacies began running out of condoms last month, according to Cuban bloggers reporting on the crisis. Â One of the worst affected areas is the city of Santa Clara, which has one of the highest rates of HIV infection due to the increase in prostitution and sex tourism.
